We will begin this unit in April.
Les régions politiques et physiques du Canada
- Students have presented their physiographic regions projects. Each group chose a physiographic region and researched the characteristics (i.e. climate, animals, etc.)
- Students are now working on their political and physical map project.
- Students have learnt how to read a variety of different maps by identifying:
- directions
- title of a map
- the legend
- the scale
- etc.
We have finished learning about the provinces/territories of Canada and their accompanying capitals.
We also learned about the 7 continents of the world and the 5 oceans.
